I purchased two hearing aids two weeks ago. Within ten days I had trouble with feedback and could not use the phone without taking the hearing aid out of my ear. I had to email the company in China three times before they would give me the return address. I took the hearing aids to a DHL drop off point and was told it would cost $93.22 USD to return the hearing aids tomAustar in China.

Purchased Austar hearing aids in June 2016. Found out they really don't work that well. So I emailed Austar in China to return them. I, at first, got the runaround. Finally they sent me the address for returns. On August 18, 2016 the package was returned will the Post Office stating sent to an UNKNOWN address. The 100% money back guarantee is WORTHLESS. I cost me an additional $22.75 to try to send them back to an UNKNOWN address.
