You go through the patient portal for a billing summary & a statement is not available.
Remember statements?
A statement tells you when a service was performed, what the service was, the amount billed, the amount paid by insurance and the remaining balance owed by the patient.
“ Pay this much” is not a statement or a bill.
No one with any life experience is going to pay on this.

Recorded message took listening more than 5 times till I could get the complete site address. Then when i entered that address I didn't know where to go from there. very confusing
Why would I want to use such a confusing setup?

These people call leave no information and you have to listen to website address 5 times to get it all. Never been to Southwest Kidney. Have not been in Arizona since 1962.
Your answering system also sucks. 2 days to call back.
Early phone call before up and having sleep problems sucks. DO not call this number if you can not call at a decent time and leave some information and SLOW DOWN 5 times is a bit much to get portal!
