Hey guys I recently ordered some dry fertilizers from this website. I wanted everyone to know the kind of customer service they provide. What happened was I ordered some dry fertilizers from the website because I heard great things about them and I wanted to try them out. I placed my order on a Thursday and I had a bunch of issues with my mail and I forgot to put on the shipping label for them to drop it off at the front office cause nobody is usually home during the day. I emailed them asking them to send the shipper a message to leave it at the front office. Now I have done this numerous times with other companies that I order online from and ALL of them have accomodated me. This is the response I got from the OWNER of this website.

I am at a loss as to what to say to someone who places an order missing a vitalpiece of information for the correct delivery of that order one day; then waitsuntil the next day to write an email saying they have left out an importantpart of the instructions for proper delivery of their package; and then accusesme of poor customer service because that order is already filled and shipped.What would you like me to do to make up for this delay on your part??? I am thesole proprietor of this business. There is no one else to complain to aboutthis problem. I wish you the best of luck with purchasing your fertilizers atother places. I have worked in customers service for over 15 years and I promise you not once have I ever blamed the customers for their own mistakes. Even if the customer did make a mistake I would go out of my way to make it right or to make them happy. If she would have apologized and said I can't do that fine but don't email a customer saying this is your faul what you want me to do about it, go somewhere else if you don't like it. I'm not saying what she did was wrong I'm saying how she went about the issue was horrible.
