I've used this company twice now. I am lost when it comes to computer issues. When I spoke with Reggie at A+ he took the time to explain to me on a level I could understand and walked me through the problem and what needed to be done. He didn't stop there, he explained to me what I needed to do to maintain the basics. When I ran into a problem, he was available to help me immediately, like having a technician at your fingertips. I recommend this company very highly.

THIS IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! These guys are FANTASTIC! Quick, reliable and most importantly HONEST.... the guy even took the time to teach me simple techniques to resolve everyday problems! A definite A+ in my books! I was also surprised by the low prices... Thankfully there are still some honest businesses that aren't out to stick it to you!

Great service. Top notch work and amazing pricing. Will use this company again if necessary! I love being able to leave my laptop at the house, take care of my business and return home to a working, speedy computer. Quick and efficient.

AWESOME Pricing and service. About half of what the big guys charge. A live person to serve your needs is nice. Very informative website, the blog is incredible and I learn new things everyday from it. Love these guys!

I totally agree with you. In this day and age we're too busy to schedule appointments and take computers into shops. It's not only convenient but the prices are unbeatable!
