Contacted someone on Linked In in NYC about my ordering a pair of Birkenstock sandals back on 9/01, being charged on Visa, and not getting any item in the mail. Supposedly an executive there for this awful scam. Very disappointed. All Things 550 just scammed me out of 66 bucks and change. E-mail won't go through. No way to contact them otherwise. Buyer beware!

Even though I chose to use my credit card my charge was shown as a PayPal charge to an individual with a strange email yet PayPal had no record of the transaction. Had to spend over an hour trying to figure out what happened and ultimately cancelled my credit card.

I ordered two pair of fitflops, and did NOT receive what I ordered. Their customer service info says you can email them anytime but not so. Always comes back as unable to send. Amount charged on my credit card was more than purchase price. Has anyone had any luck contacting them or getting an exchange or refund?

I too am a victim of this company. I have contacted my credit card company and also Internet Fraud, plus notified fit flop. I encourage you to do the same. I should have been more diligent because they emailed three times confirming payment...
PS The payment was a different amount to Cynoric Trading Company

I too have ordered from allthings550.com, the item I received also was not what i originally ordered, and like Alison Brodie says there are no contact details for them, no return standards or refunds. This was their mistake. My order confirmation states what I ordered. Hopefully my credit card company will help me out.
DO NOT buy from this trader..!!!! - I wish I had read Alison's review before I made my purchase.
I have to give it one star to publish my review, if it was up to me it would have no star's - Shocking customer service standards

I ordered a pair of FitFlop shoes from this website. What I received was an entirely different pair of FitFlop shoes than what I had ordered (although the merchandise receipt had been accurate when I paid online), and the shoes were in all likelihood counterfeit as the straps were literally peeling off the sides of the shoes (bad glue job you Chinese folks). I then e-mailed the payment processing site as that was the only contact info or confirmation I had received; they said they could refund 20% of the price IF I could show the shoes were damaged, and I would have to pay return shipping regardless (!) (listen guys, you totally got it wrong and should give me back ALL of my $, return shipping, and maybe some additional funds even to cover the aggravation and inconvenience you have caused me). Anyway, suffice it to say that I protested, they said I had to "contact the seller" and I meanwhile sent them pictures. Well, it seems the seller - Allthings550.com - is conveniently "unreachable" - tried sending them e-mails several times now through the ONLY contact info they give you on their website: message back saying "unable to send, try again later". This is RIDICULOUS and I am very angry and want to complain - but to whom? Where? THIS WEBSITE IS LISTED AS SAFE AND "AUTHENTIC" (not a scam) - well, I DO NOT AGREE!!
