We have dealt with Ace wing Carrier for a number of years and have always had a great experience. They make great products with fair prices and we have always received our items on time. Being that they make American made products it's a great bonus. We love buying American. Overall a great experience.

I waited 7 months with my order and after repeated attempts at communication for status, finally received a PayPal notice for payment without an invoice. I was told at that time that my order had not been placed yet, and until payment was made nothing would happen. After 7 months of promises that "yes we can complete your order" and many, many excuses as to why nothing was being done....I would never do business with this company.

My review is true to a fault and I have all the correspondence via e-mail to back my statement up. All statements are not defamatory and are true as to what occurred. There are other posts from other individuals that state similar occurrences. with acewingcarrier.com. Sometimes the truth hurts and I am glad to have the opportunity to warn others and be wary. Thank you.

Like Rob Langhofer here from California. There will always be a guy trying to make others look bad for there own inattentiveness to detail. This guy likes to go around bad mouthing people and businesses even though he did not follow through on his business deal. He expected to have custom work done without paying for it and with out giving all the information needed. This really is not the way to do things Rob. It would be nice if you stop your ty-raid all over the internet.

Actually I provided a detailed description for two custom wing bags with exact dimensions for all fuselages, wings halves, tail feathers and custom pouches for ballast carriers, for three different 3 meter gliders. Not to mention the tracings that I sent for all three models tail feathers to have custom tail covers made. After waiting months for a response and an invoice for said work, I get numerous apologies from Roy Frey on multiple occasions that it was his mistake my order was dropped. I have all 30 e-mail correspondence over the course of 7 months to back up my statements. I was promised for months that my order was being worked on and would be completed in a few weeks and I would have gladly made payment, except an invoice for said work was never submitted until 7 months later. I asked if my wing bags were finally done (which they were not) and I was informed after 7 months that nothing would happen until I paid up front. I wished I had been given an invoice for said work up front, but that is not what happened and what was promised. Very confusing business operation and heaven help you if you try to get a response from Roy Frey and his non existent customer service. A common complaint in other posts. People wonder if he is still in business.

You cant expect A person or a business to do work for free for you. sorry this is not done in the real world. Your practices are not very well thought out are they, and we find you very very unprofessional. Yes Ace wing Carrier is still providing custom American Made Products World wide. It is unfortunate you could not be helped. You should not contract with people if you do not intend to pay for the service provided.
