You have a VERY good employee in EVAN SCARBO. He represents ABMAY in a very professional way.
I was shocked when your clerk said I could not have service because of your work load; I explained to her that in the past I have purchased about 12 HVAC units from you and she finally looked up my name and made an appointment for the next day. I understand the importance of taking care if contract customers, but past business should be considered. Keep up the good work, your Father would be proud of you.

Antoine M. #1297 came to my house to check out my HAVC system that I was having multiply problems with. It was very interesting to watch a very well trained Technician, he found a 2 wiring issues and Freon leaks also explained a pluming issue that would cause my AC not to drain correctly. I was happy to find out why I have been plagued with my unit not running as it should. Was happy to have this gentleman at my house and a true professional.

Jeremy Laber, Technician # 288, came this morning to check the circuit going to my kitchen ceiling fluorescent fixture. His circuit tester proved the wall switch was fine and there was no broken circuit between the switch and the fixture, and no broken circuit to the switch from its source.
The ballast turned out to be the problem, and he replaced it without any trouble.
Jeremy was a very competent, nice, and very enthusiastic person. I enjoyed seeing him at my house, and he was an excellent conversationalist as well.

I called A B May when my furnace vent separated in the attic. Daniel Cahill #838 arrived to fix it. He determined he would need new parts and they were delivered to him. At that point he discovered they were the wrong size but that he was able to take the original vent apart and re-position it. Problem fixed, and I was not charged for the new parts. This speaks of honesty and integrity on the part of Daniel and the company. I will certainly call A B May for any needs in the future. Daniel Cahill #838 is my hero!

I have had two wonderful technicians come to my house this week. First for a slow running sink and disposer problem (thank you Bret Freeman #1241) and today for a frozen pipe (thank you Terry Carver #1311). I have a really hard time coming up with the words to adequately express my appreciation for ABMay and all of the wonderful techs who have helped me over the years that I've been an ABMay customer. They are ALWAYS extremely skilled, kind, understanding, patient, and professional in every way. Besides taking care of whatever the issue has been they always go above and beyond in helping me understand what happened, why it happened and if there is something I can do to help prevent it from happening again. I have such high regard for all of the people who work for ABMay from the very patient folks on the phone to the amazing techs who come to my home. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Kevin Washington came late afternoon to service our 3 air conditioner units and was great to work with and a did a wonderful job even though it was at the end of what had to be a long day!

This website, however, is difficult to work with. Not user friendly.

I had a new system installed and the installers were great. I am having an issue with the sales person getting back with me. He made a promise that he would get back with me about either a refund or tacking another year onto the end of our maintenance agreement and after contacting him several times on this issue I have not heard back from Patrick. My name is Connie Petersen in Kearney,Mo and we paid a lot of money for the top of the line system. Someone should pay me the courtesy of getting back with me.

Mike #897 -- arrived quickly when we had an emergency situation with the refrigerator stopping and week-end guests due. Sadly, we have to replace the fridge, but he tried very hard to locate the necessary repair part ( which is not made anymore). We appreciate his work on our behalf.

Technician #1222 this man could not do enough for me, I have never experience a plumber I ever had that was this good. Explaining in detail what should be done and alternatives. I am having him back to do some inprovements for me he is that good and especially kind. I hope other people see this so they will call for him. He's great! Bless Him and everything works great!!!!!

A.J.{#1188} arrived on time and found the problem right away.We needed a new fan motor for the heat pump. He replaced it and we are now cool again. He was efficient and friendly. Much appreciated for the quick service.

John Morris#529 was an amazing technician. Very polite, professional, and all about customer service. He even wore those protective shoe covers which is very important to a customer who has off white carpet during a rainy season. I can't tell you what all he did but he went above and beyond the call of duty. Our house has been hot and muggy even with the air conditioning on. After yesterday the air flow in every room is to perfection. It is amazing to us. Our garage has a vent in it and it has been so hot in that garage that the bedroom above it stayed unbearably hot. Now the air blows out of that vent cold and the garage is no longer hot. Amazing! And every other room in the house is cool/cold/perfect. It appears he did something in each and every room but I don't know what. Our downstairs family room was so cold before he came that we couldn't even enjoy the room without blankets wrapped around us or even heavy robes. The room is no longer freezing cold. It is perfect. All vents are blowing out air that it never blew out before. It appears he cleaned every vent in this house to make the air cool/cold and slow out in the right direction. I don't know where he came from or how long he has been with AB May but he can always come here on a service call. We give him a high 5 rating but really a 10. And you all need to give him a lunch on AB May or we will. We have never had a service call like this that makes us cool and comfortable. Thanks John. I will tell everyone about this "Wow" experience. Thank you AB May!

Kevin,(1212) arrived at our home and was very polite. He asked about our problem and inspected our garbage disposer. He then told us what he was going to do. Turns we needed a new disposer. He asked if we were going to live here long(yes) and if we used a disposer much(yes). He explained the difference between the current unit and a better but more expensive unit. He did not try to sell us anything and said he would do whatever we wanted. We chose the better unit because of his explanation of it not due to selling technique. He did what he needed to do quietly and efficiently. He even showed me the corrosion in our current relatively new unit. My wife and I are very much impressed. Kudos to ABMay for employing good people.

Stan Washington was here yesterday to do my AC maintenance check. Although it took 4 hours, Stan was a delight to have in my home. He was very thorough, explained things, and answered my questions. He was all that a service man should be.

My main furnace quit functioning on the weekend. I called at 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning and Quinton Brown (573) was at my house at 12:45 Sunday afternoon. In less than an hour my furnace was repaired and my house was warming up again. Mr. Brown was courteous and efficient; which is what I've come to expect with all my interactions with AB May. Excellent service.

Brian Fears # 531 was awesome . When I called in I ask for a Master Plumber and that I got !! I've had previous Technicians from AB May that were not dressed neatly, were not prepared for the task and most importantly I had to provide shoe bags for them. Brian was knowledgeable,professional, polite, patient and a teacher. How is it possible to get all of that in one person? Well I Did.
I am Public Relation Specialist and would say that I would have Brian on my Team any day!!

Jason Flynn cleaned our newly installed furnace and verified operations. He worked carefully (shoe covers on) and asked if we had any problems. Good work! We are trying to buy a Gold contract, but can't get anyone in the office to respond. He gave me a name to call to help out.

Brian Fears (#531) did an excellent job. The service from your office, however, was less than wonderful. On Sunday morning our toilet stopped up and it was totally stopped. We plunged and we used Liquid Plumber and did everything we could think of and the bathroom flooded and the toilet was really stopped up. We have a gold agreement and we called and the first call was ended with "If we don't call you back within 45 minutes, call us back". That was not what we are used to. Someone did call us back within 45 minutes, however, and after listening to our plight they thought they might be able to get someone out on Wednesday. I was really upset that we were being treated like this by AB May!! I said we could not wait until Wednesday (oh, they couldn't come on Sunday without charging us a $50 fee since this wasn't an emergency--it was an emergency to us, just not to them). They finally said they would try to work us in on Monday. We called Monday and they said we were 3rd on the list. Brian didn't get here until 3:00 and we sat at home and waited all day. I think they could have given us a time frame so that we could have run our errands, etc., and not waited for him. The only saving grace is that Brian did a wonderful job and was so nice. I wonder if it really pays to have a gold plan, however, since I think a regular customer would have gotten taken care of quicker. It seems that being a gold customer puts you at the back of the line. This is not the kind of service we are used to with AB May. It is the first time it has happened, and I really hope it is the last time!

Troy Jordan & SE'an Harrison came to service my furnace & air
conditioner. This service had been delayed due to illness. They
were very polite & accomidating. They wore the shoe protectors
worked efficiently & were polite & gracious. Troy has worked in my home before & I trust his work fully.

Marvin #74 exceeded my expectations. He was prompt efficient, very knowledgeable and he let me know exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the problem with my air conditioner. In the future when I call your company for service I will always ask for him. I give Marvin a 5 star rating

What a fun surprise, I found my basement with a two inch layer of water and garbage from blockage in my floor drain. I called and A.B. May sent Kent out to wade through the water. In no time the drain was cleared and all water was draining from all parts of the basement. Kent provided excellent service, gave me several options before the work started and some good advice about how to not have this happen again. I am new to your company and have been very impressed will everyone that I have
worked with. Kent was a real pro, did a great job and was pleasant to have in my home. You have a new customer for life.
Thanks for your prompt service. P.S. I even enjoy your ads on TV.

I am very impressed and happy with the service AB May provides. A job "WELL DONE" BY ALL PERSONNAL INVOLVED, scheduling, keep us informed of when to expect technicians, and service.

My sister and I moved to the area in mid-June and purchased a condo that was in need of considerable electrical repair. We contacted ABMay to give us an estimate on the work we wanted done. Mark H (#120) arrived at the appointed time, and reviewed all of the items on our list. Mark was very thorough in his review, suggested options, and we agreed on the work to be done, the price, and date of work to be done. Our initial meeting was a very positive experience and look forward to working with this company in the future. Yes, Mark covered his shoes, even though we currently have bare floors throughout the condo! After the work is completed, we will write a follow up review. We trust Mark will be our go-to guy in the future! Thanks!

Andrew Drake 851 was here within 2 Hrs. very polite and helped me fix my water heator problem within a few minutes.
