Agreed. The customer support is beyond terrible. I have sent four separate messages through their online support form and have never received any response. I changed computers and needed a new key, without which none of my databases over the years will work properly. If you need a new key, good luck. Wasted $149 AND all that previous work is non-functional. To be honest, anyone who trusts these people with their money (like me), is just plain stupid.

If you're looking for a fast key after purchasing this product, expect to wait more than 6 weeks. I went through RegNow but their hands were tied because abarcode didn't issue the key. And if you're looking for support after the sale - it will be zero. I've sent 3 different support requests and nothing back. Buyer beware!
