If I could give this site zero stars I would! Horrible site that works about 10% of the time. When it works it's great but when it doesn't, which is 90% of the time, it is terrible! Phone calls to 211 get you absolutely nowhere as well. Frustrating is an understatement!

This website is horrible. I have been trying for 3 years to get an error caused during their system implementation corrected. I cannot get my case number associated with my user ID, thus I cannot use the on line aspects of the website. I have spent countless hours on the phone with useless and disinterested people from 211. There should be somebody that and fix this problem. If this was civilian industry all these incompetent people would be fired
