This is not a review of your website, yet a review of your personnel. On June 3, 2014 we had a weather related incident in our area which caused heavy damage to homes and personal property. Our home, though no longer financed by Wells Fargo, was damaged extensively and our 5th Wheel Travel Trailer also suffered considerable damage. In the middle of June I contacted Wells Fargo on another matter and consequently made this young lady aware of the aformentioned and that we had a travel trailer loan with Wells Fargo. This young lady, whose name escapes me, was very kind and listened to me and then gave me information of Wells Fargo and a disaster relief department who would work with me on our remaining loan balance with your bank. On approximately June 26, 2014 I made a call to your Disaster Relief department and spoke to a Ms. Kingery and was treated so rudely that I immediately excused myself and hung the phone up. There was no excuse for how I was treated and we will be leaving your Bank just as soon as possible.
There can be no excuse for MS Kingery's actions especially since I had no intention asking your Bank for any assistance in this matter.
