Please do not trust or use Vivid Seats, There customer service and will to have customer satisfaction is non existent. I purchase tickets to a concert which was postponed, I tried to get a refund but was met with term and conditions. OK.. After this concert was rescheduled with new lesser acts and a third of the price, I ask if something could be worked out. There advise was for ME to repost them for resale on there site and IF they sold Vivid would be happy to keep a 10% fee for doing nothing.
PS I spoke with both a representative and Management...felt like robots
