Customer Reviews of Universaldigitalcopy.com
I'am in agreement with these other customers. Sometimes the movies sit in my collection weeks before I even open them. To have the code expire before I can download movie is bogus.there should not be an expiration date.total waste of extra money spent.
I am very angry as well as the other reviews! Why get my hopes up for having a digital copy when it expires within a few weeks of putting it on?!? My children got digital devices for Christmas and we went on a trip for the holidays. We weren't able to even use the digital copy and the kids were so disappointed they couldn't even watch their new movie! What a hoax!
I am putting this remark on this site because it is with great disappointment that merchandise being sold in stores to costumers, who are lead to believe the purchase of a movie has a digital copy attached to the Blue Ray / DVD. This is false. I attempted to redeem a few movies which I purchased because of the digital copy was apart of the package but come to find out the redemption/authorization code in the movie had did not work or expired. This just goes to show the typical American industry greed. I am here to say don’t bother wasting your extra money on the Digital Copy set. If ULTRAVIOLET will not accommodate your schedule why should you spend your money with ULTRAVIOLET. That is not right at all and now I am disappointed I can’t put a copy of a movie on my child’s electronic device. The movie was purchased for my children’s entertainment and my sanity while on long trips in the car. The digital copy would have been nice because I could leave the CDs at home and not worry about the CDs getting damaged or lost. It also would have been one less container to be lugged around. If you are going to pay for digital copy you should NOT have any expiration dates to the redemption / authorization code.
I am putting this remark on this site as this is the website listed in the paperwork inside. A friend of mine lent me Despicable Me Blu-ray version with a digital copy and my son loves it so asked me to download a digital copy. Well the redeem code has expired. What utter crap. You are paying extra for a digital copy and the code expires. That is not right at all and now my son is most disappointed. If you are going to pay for digital copy you should NOT have an expiry date. So if you are going to add a digital copy inside and us public have to pay more money the least you can do is not put an expiry date on it what can I do with it now. Nothing!
