Beware of this company. TourBeaver is operated by CityInfo Experts. Google CityInfo Experts and see their reviews in Trip Advisor. My wife and I booked tickets to shows in Branson, Missouri. We booked in September 2022 and then went to the website (www.reserve123.com) they gave us to get our tickets in November. The website denied that we had tickets, so we called their phone numbers (3 different ones altogether). Two of the numbers led us to an automated system for CityInfo Experts. No matter what choices you enter (we tried them all), you end up with a message that says no one is available to talk to you and beeps. We left our phone number with a message. No response. We called back at different times every day for a week. Same result. Since we bought our tickets through MasterCard, we've disputed the charge and we'll see if MasterCard can bring these thieves to justice. Go get 'em MasterCard!
