I would give them a negative rating. I pre-ordered a Kings of Leon bundle set from them. Use my credit card to pay for it and got a confirmation. Three weeks later when I still had not received it I emailed customer service. They emailed back on October 19 and said that they were backlogged and thanked me for my patience and that my order would arrive soon. I waited another two weeks and contacted customer service via email again, and this time I got an email back saying that my credit card had been declined with a supposed email they had sent me on September 30 telling me my credit card has been declined. First off I never got that email that was supposedly sent on September 30. Secondly, There is no way my credit card was declined my credit card is in good standing and active. And third, they said they sent the email September 30, but on October 19, 3 weeks AFTER they supposedly sent me an email saying my order had been declined, the email they did send told me that they were just backlogged and thanked me for my patience! Now I have to figure out if they ever actually charged my credit card or not. In the meantime my son's Christmas present is no longer available because they are purportedly sold out.
