I called ahead to ask if they had an indoor pool & spa, then made reservation on line. I paid extra for a King, upon arrival clerk tried to put us in a Queen room, I had to prove I paid for a King. My spouse asked for directions to the pool, clerk advised us to continue down our hallway to an exit on the left, poolhouse was right there. When we arrived at the poolhouse we found the pool water very cold (not 82-84*) and the hot tub drained. I called front desk from the pool phone, clerk asked when I made my reservation before telling me the pool/spa went down the day before. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and was transferred to the same clerk who checked us in. She stated that is has been down for a while and she was informing guests as they checked in. Then why did she give us directions to the pool and not inform us that it was down. The next morning we spoke to a couple of other staff members and they said the pool had been down for quite a while. Had I known all of this we would have stayed elsewhere. I emailed the Manager as he was unavailable the next morning. He told me the pool was set at 82 according to county regulations. That pool was at least 70 or below. He told me I made my reservation through Expedia, which I did not (reservations@rezserver.com) I never received a refund by mail as I requested. Rezserver has no idea about the Inn that I booked through them.
