The Babergh and Mid Suffolk eligibility to vote confirmation web address does not connect to the site. I used the Freephone number instead.

How do I get to the borough I want to register my vote in? I expect it's fairly obvious - it needs to be VERY OBVIOUS! This website needs to be foolproof - proof to fools like me. One way of getting where you want to go is not enough - there should be several.

Tried to confirm no changes to Electoral Role. Government wants everybody to do everything on line. This was a complete waste of time!

The website www.registerbyinternet.com/blaby takes you to a general site where you cannot confirm registration.
Omitting /blaby takes you to a site with a drop-down menu where you can select blaby--from then on you enter security codes and confirmation is simple.
I can appreciate Janet Hockley's frustration and thought her comment understandable. Interestingly the website she is reviewing shows the shorter version of the site.
I attempted to give feedback to the site when asked--the link appeared to be broken ........

I agree with the above review entirely. Thought I would go on line as suggested on the form we received, but I haven`t had much luck. Alll I want to say is that there is no change.!
