WARNING! DO NOT PUT MONEY ON ACCOUNT WITH PRESSGEEK.COM! I had $1300 on account from special discount offers they advertised. When I wanted tp use these in January 2023 they did not fill the order and also closed my account.

Press Geek IS NOT THE SAME company it used to be. I WAS a great customer with many events throughout the year we used their printing services for many years with pre-order sales and purchase in advance "specials". SINCE THE NEW OWNERSHIP of Press Geek - Emails are NOT answered, Phone calls, messages you leave are NOT RETURNED Ever. Your pre-purchases are ignored and disrespected. This YEAR 2022, We were getting ready for a CHristmas Production for our City - had postcards on order - NEVER RECEIVED - had the tenacity to try and send them to us TOOO LATE to get in the mail.
Extremely disappointed. They had received our perfect art files in Early November!!!

Notice any good reviews are decades old. One of their companies is in bankruptcy. They charged me for tri-fold brochures, then never mailed them to me.
I paid for printing and mailing...that never were mailed...and Ron Dunn repeatedly refused to provide me with the contact information at their post office. That refusal on its surface tells me something was wrong. If they gave them to the post office to mail, why refuse to provide the name and number for the person running that Post Office?

I have used PressGeek for a couple of years now. I received a phone call shortly after I placed my first order with them - apparently they had a question and a suggestion to make my bookmarks better. A phone call? Who does that anymore? I was impressed! The order delivered today was perfect and right on time for my event this weekend.
I have ordered from them many, many times and I have always been very happy with the service, the pricing and the end product.
I would recommend them to everyone (and I do!)

This review is very OUTDATED and I was told pressgeek is under new Owners that told its employees to disregard the PRE-Purchased orders from the previous - We had an order with files turned in - with plenty of time for printing, did not follow thru and we lost our advertising for the Christmas Event December 2022. Thanks a lot!

I have been pleased with the orders I have completed with this company up until the most recent. Placed an order of 5000 postcards and we were shorted 370. Under/Over run of 10%...I get that this is the industry standard and my customer was fine with that as well. But I had to refund my customer the amount of the product he did not receive. I contacted customer service to receive a credit on our account, and they won't do it. Any other supplier I have ever worked with has charged us for the product we actually get. If there is an under run, we are charged for the quantity sent.

I have nothing but great things to say about pressgeek.com. They have bailed me out of more than one jam! The pricing is very competitive, but what makes them great is that you can talk to a real person. It's awesome to have cheap prices, but that means nothing if you can talk to someone. I send them all of my business, even the few products that are a bit more than what I use to pay-they are worth it, my clients are worth it! Never having to worry is worth it!

I have used these guys for over 5 years-they rock! Great pricing and the quality is awesome. Most orders I send them are done in 1-2 days and the one time that they were late-they overnighted my job for free to help me out! I had tried other online printers, but that would never answer may calls-not a problem with Pressgeek. They actually talk to you and really care. A pure pleasure to deal with!

Part of one guy that changes company names after he gets sued, and start again under new name, if it is a duck and it is still a duck even if it changes it name

Wow-is this a complaint? You sound like a jealous competitor. Is that the only negative thing you can say? I love these guys and have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them. I hope people ignore your baseless negative review. If you have any facts, present them-don't just say "no good" when you it doesn't look like you even tried them. Most of the time when people have a complaint, they have some specifics-you have nada.

Jackie, I agree with you! "Roland" (if that's his real name) can't even put together a proper sentence and yet he is saying they are no good without offering anything to back it up. I am not a big print reseller, but I send pressgeek a few hundred dollars each year and they treat me like gold! I know I am small potatoes, but they never make me feel that way. Friendly and really good quality.
