I enrolled in a CE course online, unfortunately my device would not let me answer questions on Quiz, the very same day I called Noble CE to ask for a refund, I was assured by the person I spoke with that I would receive a refund within 2 - 4 days 4 days later, I still haven't received a refund, I was told by the person on the phone that my request for a refund had not been processed,? ( I am still waiting,!! ) I was also advised that I would get an email stating my refund status, guess what ?? I never got an email,!!!! The first person I talked to must have been a SLACKER, or did not want to do his Job, in my opinion, the Customer Service dept for this company is lacking, and displaying a lack of concern and and Simply do not care about the customer, !!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,!!!!!!!

Worst CE course product I have ever purchase!! I purchased a 4 credit hour CE course. I consider myself a very fast reader but the material would easily have taken 10+ hours to get through. I decided to cut my losses after suffering through the first 30 pages of the most worthless legal jargon and court case history full of grammatical errors and confusing language. The material does not match the course description, the study questions are absurdly worded and completely useless. They are true/false and upon completion they only show Correct or Incorrect. Among those marked "Incorrect" I found several instances where they clearly contradicted what was in the study text. Total waste of time and money!

I would not use them again for my continuous education again. The courses are longer than the time it says it would take and I'm a fast reader. Even though you can take the tests as many times as you want, they are ridiculous, it says that the passing score is 70 percent but when you are done with the test it only says failed or passed, so you have no idea how many questions you missed, hard to tell how bad you are doing or how well for that matter. Also, the questions are not really relevant or really helpful, what good is for me to have to memorize dates, really? I passed my license test on the first try, I know the material, I don't need to be tested on dates or stupid court cases, I'm not studying to be a lawyer. Really a waste of my time.

Highlights:
Non-existent customer service. waited in a que with no other callers waiting according the recording, was transferred to an endless hold -15 minutes and still waiting as I write this.
Hours to take courses far exceed hour rating. i.e. 4 hour course actually takes 6 hours plus time for testing.
Their website has actually become less user friendly and intuitive over time. I am actually calling because the electronic signature they require will not work and I have done the trouble shooting they suggest in their website which does nothing.
This is the last time I will use them for continuing education.
