Horrible. Unable to access the account. There is always an error even after the account has been deleted and reregistered. Worst patient service ever

Most other reviewers are right. Awkward website changes as you try to register. Then after ten minutes or so I got confirmation that my account was created. Then they ask for a logon again. This time I get an error message with a request to call their office. This is from an anaesthesiology office for a procedure conducted in a hospital that advertises consolidated billing. Unfortunately, I had no way to choose my own provider so I have to parse their confusing invoice. Since I'm not their direct customer, I don't see why I should get direct bills either.

This is totally horrible. Will not let me make a payment. It's so funny how bad they want your money but they can't have a decent website to do it. So quit calling if you want your money and spend that energy on your website.

Ii would like to give no stars. A year after a procedure we get a bill for $95 and then later it changes to $100,

I reported them to the American Medical Association, the Consumer Watchdog, BBB, BCBS and DHS for Duval and the State of Florida as being a fraudulent collection agency. I even got on the phone with them multiple times and even (at their request) had a representative from BCBS conferenced in to show it was not owed. The doctor would not see you until co-payments were paid. It’s plain stupid to think the doctor's office we visited would wait a year for a co-payment which is what they say this is. They refuse to prove this is owed.

Beware of them.

What a NIGHTMARE! First off when I received Statement #1 they spelled my name wrong! So on mymedicalme.com I had to use my wrong last name - I tried every combination from last 4 of SSN, my Birth Date, Phone #, ID Number, and it wouldn't validate - finally after the 30th time it gave me the opportunity to create a User Id, Password - all that jazz - when I click Register it just hung and did absolutely nothing. I refreshed and did it again and again and again. Nothing - does absolutely nothing but try to load. I backed out and tried to log in - I entered the User ID and Password I tried to make and it just again sits on "please wait" message as if it's trying to load - I just let it do its thing and I came back 1 hour later and it was still trying to load. What a p.o.s. - it's linked to Bristol Hospital in CT - this is a scam way to force people to call into the phone # - I believe this is all on purpose as I read thousands of complaints that are the same. What a shame! They can bill me $4,056.40 but can't get their friggin' website to work!?!?!?!?!? WHAT A SHAME! Reporting to BBB. If I could give a rating of 0 or worse I would.

I and my wife have received bills from mymedicalme that ignored the amount that the patient was responsible for. They billed us for the physicians fee less the amount paid by the insurance company. They should have, in addition, deducted the amount that was not allowed. All other services that we have dealt with have followed this practice.

I paid a bill for $1800 and then the insurance ended up covering that bill and ALSO paid it (for $2275). It has taken over 2 months for them to even PROCESS the refund and I still have NOT received my payment I made for $1800. What scammers! They have received double payment and continue to tell me it will take 7-10 weeks to "process".

I received a bill after a visit to the ER and by the time I was discharged I was told everything would be covered by my insurance. However, three weeks later I receive a four figure bill from this company regarding a doctor I spoke with for about 5 minutes. Following my insurance providers advice I went online to enter my insurance information, but there were portions of the website that I couldn't click on to add anything. Looking at the HTML and javascript source code revealed that they had commented out the code that allows a user to enter insurance information; the web page just remains unresponsive. So, I called instead and wasn't able to get an option to provide insurance information, I had to select to make a payment, enter the wrong information twice, then finally I was given the option to speak with a rep after hitting star. I was able to give my insurance info, but we will see how that goes. So far, not so good. Shady business practices.

This is the worst website ever! I tried to sign myself up as well as my wife so we could pay bills for our recent visit to the hospital. When that didn't work online, I called the service center and between the two of us were on the phone over 2 hours just to set up a username and password. Whoever made the website is incompetent. It is so simple on any other website to set up a username and password but on mymedicalme.com it appears an unobtainable feat. Once we did receive a username and password from the call center, neither of them worked. And wouldn't you know, we had already been disconnected from the call so we get to start the whole process over today. If they keep using this site, I'm taking all my families health needs to Metro.

I'm very dissatisfied with the company for these reasons. They send you a statement with a summary of your account and the amount you owe to either pay in full or set up a payment plan. Here's the kicker--they don't bill your insurance company--never submit a claim. This is a way of getting you to obligate yourself to paying the whole amount. People, please understand this, if the statement don't show where they have billed the insurance company--don't pay them one dime. Give them a phone call and give them the information needed for them to submit a claim along with the phone number for them to do their job. Secondly, let them know you will not be responsible for any amounts until the insurance company had been bill and they show you what was paid and the final actual amount you have to pay.

Terrible customer service. It is already August 2017 and I am only now receiving the overpayment on my account made back in January 2017 for October 2016 services. I have sent multiple emails and keep receiving the same message to call 1 877 number which takes to be at least half an hour over the phone. The representatives hang up on you multiple times and lied that the refund was in process. Horrible, rude people. I am so glad that I hopefully would never have to deal with them anymore/

I'm a patient of the organization that collects co-pays for the Anesthesiologist that services the Atrium Medical center that owns the S. E. Pain center. For several months some if us can't sign into our accounts and I particularly have had numerous conversations with the customer service department. The website is currently malfunctioning and doesn't have a plan to correct the problem. I find it difficult to pay some organization that will not display my records. They call you to get the co-pays and you can pay into a system that requires no login.
There are many companies that would be out of business for such behavior.

So confusing. I received service from Obstetrix Medical Group over multiple weeks. Each date of service has a unique account number?! Same patient + same facility + same location + different date = unique account number.

Now to pay this bill, I was asked to go online on MyMedicalMe.com That site wants to charge me $5 a month for setting up a payment plan?! I can waive that fee only by giving them my credit card number so they can automatically withdraw. I don't like the sound of that. I have a Health Savings Account. I make sure payment from my HSA are done via check so that there is a clear audit trail. Now, for the first time I hear a medical company wants to charge me $5 a month for each payment I send them. They also have a set up fee for this payment plan.

I ask to speak to the supervisor, he waives the setup fee and the monthly fee.

Unfortunately, the medical providers that use the company behind mymedicalme aren't typically aware of what's going on behind the scenes.

Mymedicalme tends to bill patients for the portion of the bill that was discounted/charged off through the patients' insurance. The patient is under no legal obligation to pay this. In fact, the company is committing fraud. This is highly unethical and illegal.

I recommend that the patients contact mymedicalme via phone (record this or at least write down the date, time and the name of the person you spoke to) to contest the bill. On insurance provided EOBs there is a pretty standard blurb you can read to mymedicalme that discusses an agreement between the provider and the insurance company and states that you are NOT liable for that portion.

Do not just ignore it because if it goes on your credit report, it is a pain to get off even if you have all of the proper documentation demonstrating that you are correct in your claim. Speak to a mymedicalme representative. Create a account using a throw-away email address. Print your account history showing that it's on hold pending review and save this for at least 2 years.

They prey on those that don't know any better or that don't pay attention.

Report them.

My 93 year old aunt received a bill from MyMedical. We knew nnothing out this group. In doing research at places where she was living in memory care no one knew of this bill or had ever heard of the company. I called the phone number on the bill and they could not tell me where they had provided service. I am filing this bill and complaint with the Texas Department of aging.I would suggest that if you receive a bill from this group that you file acomplaint with the appropriate dept. in your state.

I received a bill from mymedicalme website from lake norman emergency medical associates. Weird thing is they have addresses in chicago for this hospital. THis hospital is in North Carolina. I wonder if this website is for real. When I called them they had no idea what I was talking about. Wanted me to pay a monthly payment on my bill which I have never received an EOB for this bill. So I called original billing company and they had no idea who mymedicalme was.

My husband was in Wesley Long Hospital, in Greensboro, North Carolina on July 01, 2016 for a Gallbladder surgery, then we received a statement from Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants, PLLC in the amount of $187.86, which is fine. On the statement it stated that you could pay the balance online at mymedicalme.com., so after reading the complete statement, I signed in online to set up a payment plan, which didn't give you any options to customize your payment plan to fit my needs, (which maybe on purpose)but did say you could call them. So I did, I advised the young lady that I wanted to avoid the $5.00 a month service fee, she was willing to set up the payment plan that I was requesting, but then advised there was a $3.00 fee for processing my request. NO where on their website or the paper statement that we received does it list a processing fee, it does list the $5.00 fee along with the $25.00 fee is your payment is RETURNED. Why would they not list that fee, hum a little fishy. Do not trust someone who is NOT up front with all their fees or terms. Of course the young lady was ready for my payment in full when I refused, she stated "that you need to make your payment in full then." They will get it by the due date, not before.

I'm constantly locked out of my account unnecessarily and I've also tried multiple times to set up a recurring payment. When trying to set up a payment plan, I received a message saying it was successful but when the next month's payment rolled around, it didn't get paid and I was charged a late fee and had to manually pay my bill. I attempted to set it up online again and was told the system was down and not able to complete the request. I finally called and spoke to somebody so I could get it set up. The customer service reps have no idea how the online system works so trying to get them to understand what's wrong has been a huge hassle. I tried to login today so I could pay off my account only to be locked out again (on a first attempt with the correct password). I had to call to have them reset my account and was finally able to successfully login. Once logged in, I found that I couldn't make a payment because no payment is due (recurring payment was just made) even though I can see that I still have a $65 balance left. I should still be able to manually pay this bill. Whoever develops this website needs to seriously rethink the way they are going about it now because nothing seems to ever work correctly.

I received a bill from a "Sound Physicians" provider for services 7 months ago. I've never heard of Sound Physicians or the doctor, but it was part of a hospital stay, so who knows (You get charged by every doc that steps into your room, whether they talk to you or not). My problem, like all the other reviewers', is their late billing. Mine was 7 mos after the fact...which is better than 1-2 years like other reviewers report, but still ridiculous. Also ridiculous is their $5 per month late fee. Legitimate medical billing companies do not operate this way.

Billed from Sound Inpatient Physicians Of Ohio a full 1 year after service from Akron General Medical Center Dr. Deborah Bowe in ER. Totally unethical. Show balance after Medicaid I'm not even on Medicaid. Customer service was worthless. They told me to call hospital when they did the late billing! Why would a Doctor and hospital in Ohio use a Chicago billing service.

My father was transported via ambulance to the local hospital in the early morning hours of May 5, 2015. He passed that evening. He was insured through CalPERS (California
State Employee ) as an educator ( CalSTRS ) by Blue Cross. He also had Medicare and
complete coverage through the Veterans Administration as a WWII Disabled Vet. As
trustee of the family trust I received a $510.00 bill from Sound Physicians a FULL YEAR
after his death. That is outrageous in my book. The insurance is long gone. I tried to
access the statement online but learned that I had to register with the site. The hell I will!
Through my own experience I know that medical bills can take months to process. But
one year tells me something is wrong.

Terrible at handling claims. They do not follow up with insurance companies. I had to pull my own EOB from my insurance company and email it to them.

I was told they had no way of finding that out since they never heard back from my insurance company-which my insurance company says they sent the EOB stating missing or wrong diagnosis. All they had to do was send a corrected claim. Even if they didn't "hear back" - Follow up with a call to insurance company or go online. There are "provider" lines for this very reason.

I was able to call my insurance company and talk to someone and also go online to see EOB. I emailed my EOB to them HMPO- I hope they follow through.

Very sketchy.

I just had to send an EOB as well. I am fairly confident that they are balance billing and plan to raise this up to the medical professional utilizing their billing service. Some background - I was billed for the portion that was not covered by my insurance. The doctor was "in network"... They claimed that they did not have the EOB, which I then had to send. I don't know how they would know what portion my insurance company was willing to pay (as it showed deducted from their bill) if they didn't have the actual EOB. VERY sketchy!

Extremely confusing... I also received actually 3 separate medical bills for my son's ONE hospital visit here at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Nevada. We came through the ER and he was then admitted to stay overnight. I received 2 different bills from Pediatrix Medical Group and then 1 from St. Rose Hospital. The 2 bills from PMG contained different account and reference numbers so this is confusing from the getgo. I called both customer service lines as they were different on each statement and they would always have a problem seeing the other bill or account. I paid one of the bills in full which was through Mymedicalme.com (as shown on the statement where to pay). I then received a call regarding that account, telling them they wanted to set up a payment plan for me. For some reason, PMG could not see the payment I had made, and I now believe it is because the payments are gone through the third party which is Mymedicalme.com. My other bill from PMG, I pay directly online though Pediatrix.com and have had no issues there. Now I am being told to wait 10 more days because supposedly it can take that long for the payment to show in the system fully.

1. I had a procedure done on Sept. 26, 2014 and for which I personally paid in full in the institution where this was done.
2. A statement dated Nov 13 2014 arrived charging me again for exactly the same procedure; but this was divided into two procedures with the same number but different titles. One of them is NOT even a procedure and it does NOT make sense.
3. It also threatened to add $5.00 service fee every 30 days from the original statement date until all balances are paid in full!
4. I have my credit card receipt to prove my payment.
I HOPE SUCH BILLS WILL STOP COMING!

My wife was in Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. We are getting billings from MyMedicalMe - and notices that they're going to add a $5/mo service change - and the billings have been paid by our insurance. I find this company extremely offensive - more like a collection agency - especially when adding their "service fee". Maybe I should be billing them $10/mo for my services, responding to their billings, spending hours on the phone, etc.

MyMedicalMe and Pediatrix Medical Group is highly irresponsible, non cooperative and highly unprofessional. I had multiple bills during my pregnancy visits with Swedish hospital--Seattle out of which one bill of ultrasound $308.44(ID # 2610858) was incorrectly billed. The doctors office apparently billed an ultrasound as seperate than pregnancy visits, used an incorrect code to bill and passed to this outsourced company Pediatrix Medical Group for billing. When i got the bill and disputed to my insurance(premera), I learned that bill was incorrectly coded. --Is this my fault? No

I contested this bill and told Pediatrix Medical Group(mymedicalme.com) to figure it out with Premera and Swedish what should be the right billing code. I even faxed all the documents required and emailed them after a phone call.
My first email on 12/27/13 was not responded for over a month, I reached out again and reminded them on 1/27/14 -no response. i asked for original bill no response. i thought they must have clarified this with the hospital and i owed nothing. Finally i logged to their website on 3/30/14 and saw $0 outstanding balance.

To my surprise I start getting calls from NCO Fincancial that Pediatrix have given them rights to collect money. This was insane I am contesting a bill and trying to proactively solve this matter, instead of helping me out Pediatric Medical Group hired goons to collect money--Is this fair? Whats my fault?

On contacting them they said - oh we send the letters in Feb and left a voicemail, but I never received anything. I even asked for tracking number which they failed to give me. These discussions needs to happen in writing and never ever they mentioned any credit agency and suddenly transferred the case ..
