The phone number provided doesn't work. How interesting and convenient for a pay service who is supposed to help instead of hinder. I'm an accountant and a former owner partner in a Pension Firm. If I did business the way they do business, the IRS would be knocking at the door. In addition, I will turn them over to the IRS for fraud if they continue to send me duplicate invoices. Or better yet, file a complaint with the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of he Currency), who governs this company.

I received a bill in september for lab done in April. I called and asked why I was just receiving now, I was told they did not have all of my insurance information. I replied I have the same coverage last time you billed me. If you received a bill 5 months later you would be upset too. On my previous bill I paid the balance and 3 months later I received another bill with a different account number showing I owed more money. When I called I was told it was for the same bill. When I question the different account number, I was given a very incomplete response.

After my lab work in May, I finally get a bill on January 2nd. Then is said my Final Bill, This was my first Bill!! With the other review, I would not recommend paying this electronically, Poor system of doing business!!!!

Your bill-paying method is ridiculous. Every time a lab visit is made, you assign it a new account number. We get $2 statements, $4.72 statements, and so forth, all with different account numbers. We pay electronically through our banking system and MUST change/edit the account number for each little amount--what insanity! We lumped them all together and paid the bill electronically, and your records indicate that you did not get a payment. I've talked with someone and will check with out bank to ensure the payment was indeed made. I refuse to write a separate check for each of these small amounts. It costs us money to write checks and put stamps on envelopes. You have a date of service. How hard is it to keep one account number per patient and search for the date of service? That's what process others use. I complained to the person I was talking to and asked her to carry my complaints up the ladder. Hopefully your management can take a look at this and revise your system. I'm sure that I'm not the only one irritated by this; I'm just the only one being vocal.
