Loudspeakers were not invented until the early 1900's, and loudspeakers were not introduced in Muslim Mosques until the 1930's. There is no Islamic religious requirement to use loudspeakers in the call to prayer, and loudspeakers are not mentioned in the Koran or any other Islamic text such as the Hadith.
