Ordered a silver part for my silver Honda Accord. Honda only has one paint, for my model with the word silver in it, yet these people sent me the wrong color. They wouldn't admit their mistake and then they stole my money by making me pay the return postage. They also didn't send me back the correct part, but instead, they took 20% of my money to restock the wrong color part they sent me. Plus, when I called them, the person in the RMA Dept. hung up on me.
I would suggest buying from Amazon, or even the dealership, if you want the correct part. They will never get my business again.

The part was sent quickly and worked out perfectly. It was at a much better price than I found elsewhere. I’ll definitely come back if I need other parts.

If something is wrong with your order or you order the wrong part by mistake, they will not let you exchange for the correct part. Not only do you have to pay shipping to receive the part, but you have to pay shipping to return the part even if you want to exchange it. Then you have to pay shipping AGAIN if you want to order the correct part. And this gets better....you have to pay a 15% restocking fee!! I ordered a mirror for $29.00. It cost me almost $20.00 for the roundtrip shipping & restockcing fees.<br>You can find plenty of other places on the web that don't charge a restocking fee for a return and pays your return shipping fee if you exchange the item. This place is not customer friendly. BEWARE!"
