If I could give zero stars I would. I have had to replace a filter of theirs 3 times now because they "key" bottom keeps breaking. Given the expense I have been VERY careful in how I handle it after the first one broke (I assumed it broke because of user error). The plastic key arm brakes WELL before the filter should be replaced.

I called the company frustrated but trying to be kind, letting them know its not working to spend this kind of money on these filters. the woman I spoke to was very rude and told me it had to be my fault because no one else had these issues. I informed her they were hard to reach. You message the pool factory, wait for a response, then are directed to their website where their phone number takes you to another website (also theirs) where you click their number that then takes you to an error page (https://ecoaquapro.com/%22tel:+18772782797/:) I had to write down the number and hope it was a real number, In busy times many people don't have time chase down customer service over days just to be put on hold for 20 min (which happened). Not to mention their "support page" is a dead end! (https://support.ecoaquapro.com/hc/en-us) I said maybe others do have these issues but have struggled to reach you. She then told me in a very snarky way she was sorry I had to actually dial a number....

I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars with this company and the manager of customer service literally mocked me in response.

Her solution was to by a new system bottom with no key latch $150 (also why does this exist if I am the only person with this issue?) and then a new $200 filter! I told her this was ridiculous and they need to have a warranty investigation because I KNOW it was not due to rough treatment or handling. I asked that they split the difference and eat the cost of the replacement bottom for $150 then I would happily order the $200 filter (more than fair considering what issues I have had with the pump and these filters and the amount I have spent with this company).

She informed me she would send a request for information from the warranty department so I could provide proof of my problems with their pump in the past and my attempt to contact someone (proof I have). I have yet to receive this email. I also made a request for it on their website, still nothing. Not in email or my spam.

I feel so mistreated and crapped on by this company I am tempted to just buy a whole new system with a different company who values customers and is at least respectful.

I would never recommend anyone use any of their products on the lack of human decency from this company product pros and cons totally aside!

I plan to share my story because I know there is no way I am the only one.
