I recently purchased a 2019 dodge grandcaravan from Grande Prairie Dodge Chrysler.
My salaman, Chris Quintal was kind and considerate .trustworthy.
He did his best to accommodate my needs to what I was looking for and my rate approval for a vehicle..

Today 9/29/2018, I got my new civic 2016. Mike Jahangir was my sales man. He is a wonderful person. great personality and friendly. very helpful. I would give him 100% job well done. I love having him as my sales guy. He really helped me a lot.

picked up our Honda Accord at Mohawk Honda on Sat. We were helped by a very nice young man Colin McCarthy He explained all of the features in the new car and was very helpful. Left there feeling very comfortable about the new car. He followed up this morning with a call to see how everything was going. He is a nice addition to your staff.

I bought my 2013 used from Curry Subaru in Cortlandt Manor, New York. I had a great salesman named Kurt Glass. He was great. Then I also had a great service advisor named Jordan Fell. He was wonderful in helping me with my service.He kept me well informed about my car. I would not go anywhere else to buy my car.I am so pleased with the service I have gotten from these two amazing men.

I took my dodge journey in for oil change and some repairs to Shuman Chrysler in walled lake mi. I was taken care of right away. my service advisor was Dean Decker who kept me informed of repairs needed and cost before they did them to get my approval!!! I really liked that!!!! myself and family members have purchased vehicles from this dealer and I highly recommend them and their service department!

I recently took my 2017 Jeep Patriot to Shuman Jeep (where I leased the vehicle) for my first oil change. Tim Ferrin was the person who took care of me. He was very courteous and serviced my car in a short time. I went to Shuman because my husband (now deceased) and I had purchased a vehicle there, (a 2001 Jeep Renegade) which I still own and we have leased Chrysler Town and Country vans for many years. The salesmen were always fair and never "pushy" and when we needed service it has ALWAYS been wonderful!

I had a wonderful experience at Beck & Masten, Houston Texas. this morning. Stopped, without an appointment to get a lube job and oil change. This is usually a long drawn out experience, at most dealerships, without an appointment. Not at Beck & Masten. I walked in and was greeted by Gaby who wrote a ticket, all with a friendly smile. Forty Five minutes later I was escorted to the checkout counter where I was greeted by Jocelyne, again with a warm friendly smile, who checked me out and I was on my way. Great experience!!

Traveled south from Chattanooga to N Georgia Toyota to purchase a 2017 Highlander & it was the right move. The experience was professional & very informative. As a matter of fact our salesperson by the name of Roger Thompson was able to answer all of our questions plus being very patient in going through the demonstration of all the gagets that the new cars have today. There was no pressure & my wife & I feel that we got a fair price on our purchase. We've owned Toyota products before & there is a good chance that we may make a return trip to that dealership.

I just bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from Anchorage Chrysler Center. Aside from the long "visit" , from approx. 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m......The whole experience with the folks there was wonderful ! My agent, Neal Greene was the best person I have EVER encountered in a buying situation. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, funny, and if he weren't my agent ... I probably wouldn't be writing this right now !!

I had a great experience at LaFonatine dealership on-May 31,2017 , my sales person Mr. Robert K. Bell was a great help in helping me acquire a very nice Van.
Mr. Bell went over and beyond the duties of a salesperson in helping me secure the van I could not have asked for a better person to help me and my family I
appreciate the help
There should be more people like Mr. Bell, in the future if i know of any one that needs a car he will definitely be the person I will send them to.

Went to Nissan in Hathorne. Sales person, Garry Thompson, was very helpful, very courteous. He knew my 2017 Rogue inside out. Answered any questions I had . What I really liked about him was his relaxed professional manor. I would recommend him very highly and Nissan should be complimented to have such a great guy on board.

I like to express my complete satisfaction for the sales person that sold me my new Cadillac XT5. My sale person Uzma Shafqat at Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster Pennsylvania. She was very professional and very helpful in helping me to decide on a vehicle to purchase. After purchasing a vehicle she was very helpful in helping me to set up the vehicle and go over all the opponent on the vehicle. I am a very satisfied customer and will return to Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster Pennsylvania when time to purchase another vehicle.

After visiting several dealerships, talking to several salesman, I went to Bonitia Springs Infinity where I met sales consultant John Lawson. After discussing what I was looking for in a new car, we found It in a QX60. That's when John really went to work putting the deal together. My situation was a little different than the average car buyer, but John listen to what I was wanting to do and after going back and forth several times was able to put the deal together. I highly recommend John for his experience and knowledge of the car business and ability to put put deal together that most salesman cannot. Very happy with my deal and the dealership

I went to Bommarito Toyota in Hazelwood, MO. My sales person - James Ochs was absolutely wonderful. I told him what I could afford to pay and he and I spoke with Barry, the new car manager and they accommodated me. They were both courteous and helpful. The showroom was beautiful and there was plenty of refreshments. I loved the fact that the took my needs seriously. A couple of weeks later - I went back and James put the new plates on my new Toyota. I loved the whole experience and will tell everyone looking for a Toyota - go to Bommarito Toyota.

We just purhased a new Ford Edge from Key Scales in Leesburg, FL. We usually trade and buy every 3 to 4 yrs. This was our first time dealing with Key Sales. Their customer service was outstanding. Everything was up fromt and they did all the work. The trade in price was fair and they worked hard to give us all the refunds and lowest interest rate. Both the salesperson and the financial person (Dave and Jim) were exceptional. I would recommend this dearlership as a 10.

I recently shopped for a truck. I test drove several different models and makes. I settled on a Toyota Tacoma. The truck was purchased from Ackerman Toyota in St Louis.
I would rate this dealership world class. They utterly put to shame two other competing Toyota dealerships, one Chevrolet and one GMC. The other dealerships basically stated there's the price and there's the vehicle. They weren't too interested in finding a vehicle close too my price nor what I can safely and comfortably drive. (I am 100% disabled.)
The saleslady worked to find a truck close to my price and updated me everyday by telephone and email. I felt as though she was trying to offer me customer service and not selling me a truck. When I picked up the truck is was exactly what she described. The sales manager and store officials were all present to greet me. The paperwork was ready to sign.
This was the best experience of purchasing a vehicle I have had in my lifetime. In the last 18 years we have purchased 9 Hondas from the same dealership. They are excellent but not as good as Ackerman Toyota. I would recommend that anyone seeking a Toyota talk to my saleslady Meghan. She was top of the top.

David Hill at Ditschman Ford in Flemington is everything a car salesman
should be. Courteous, helpful, very specific about the product and it does'nt
hurt that he is good looking as well.
The entire experience was a positive. I got the car I wanted and David
was very helpful in spending time to fill me in on all the car's special
perks.
The salesman makes all the difference...if I don't get the service I don't
buy the product.
Now if it will only last and be my final car, I will be very happy.
I'm enjoying driving the car which has great maneuverability.
Have gotten a lot of compliments on the car's over - all appearance
and coincidentally have seen quite a lot of Ford Fusions on the road.

Once again BROWNING MAZDA has exceeded my expectations. I have been a devoted customer for over 10 years now. I buy & service my vehicles there & only there. The service is informative, punctual & very professional. Today I went in for my quarterly maintenance service & I had the pleasure of meeting a MR. EDWARD SOUTHFIELD. We began talking about our experience with the dealership & how very happy I am with all phases of the dealership. ED & I shared our cultural histories & alas ED recommended an ITALIAN restaurant for me to experience, such genuine kindness & thoughtfulness was so very out of the ordinary. What a wonderful surprise. With people like ED making you feel like family it is no wonder why BROWNING MAZDA is always highly rated. I went to the restaurant for lunch & ED was absolutely right, so I bought a pizza from the restaurant, returned to the dealership & handed the pizza to ED to share with his fellow workers. Acura of Libertyville turned around my cynicism of car dealers. My salesman, Luigi Miceli, honored the internet price. He showed me with the car I wanted with a choice of colors and without any dealer installed extras that I didn't want. He gave me good advice about the options I did want. My car was prepped while I finished the contract and came back the next day to install the options I wanted. I was totally satisfied with the experience and pleased with the price. The car is beautiful! (Acura MDX)
