CVS has been very efficient and effective in fulfilling my family medicines. I normally fill my prescriptions at 2287 Morris avenue, union, nj . There is an outstanding pharmacist by the name of Alina D. She is a very pleasant and hard worker and have the knowledge of what she is doing.

cvs called concerning refill at pharmacy--a recording-said to push 3 or 4 and so on. I was never given an option to push 0 for live person. I listened to option after option but had to hang up because we have a rotary house phone. they said they would call again, but I knew the same thing would happen. So I called from cell phone and explained--unfortunately there is nothing they could do--so if it was an emergency and only a rotary phone was available-too bad. This is sad because I like cvs!!! help!!

Visited CVS Store in Secane was helped and assisted by the one of the most friendliest, courteous, and professional customer service person! Her name is JACQELINE, she helped me with my order even though I was fumbling with my money and card, even had to go find the coupon I lost in the store while I was shopping. She was so helpful and positive she made a bad day great! She is a great asset to your company
