Again and again I am disgusted by Global Tel Link. First, this company charges outrages sums for their service. The company claims that you can be billed monthly for calls made through them, but if the calls are not prepaid, you will not be able to receive any calls. So I set up payments in advance. For a while this went quite smoothly, but there are so many monkey wrenches thrown in along the way. You call in and wait incredible lengths of time for assistance. You call to make a payment and mysteriously things have all changed without warning. You try to log in on the internet, knowing that you have an account, but more monkey wrenches. I have never seen any company make doing business with them so difficult and unpleasant! And all the time I know there are less expensive alternatives, but GTL has placed roadblocks every step of the way for those as well. This company should be reported for its bad business practise and bad ethics.
