I made the first call to have cable install in new construction on 8-4-17. There have been many calls and every time they have mislead us. The latest was about an appointment for today on 9-8-17. I was told they put in a special request and that the person coming would do everything to install the system. When the installer arrived, he said he couldn't do it and that someone else would have to come out. He called his office and they said the next appointment would be 9-18-17. I would take bets when they show up again, they will delay it again. I'll have to call AT&T and see what they can do.
