not a bad site, until you need help, there is a reluctance to answer site problems. When my gold membership runs out I will not renew, I am not wasting money with them, I have requested help to no avail, The only time they make contact is when they want money,

Hi jon . I totally agree about the help being very poor .I had a problem with my cam not working . Tried help line twice no reply .But every one on the site did help me & after 2 weeks it was back on .

My favourite website, the only thing that some folks don't like is the fact that regular participants in the chat tend to be cliquey and ignore the rest of the crew but this is just a minor problem for me, unfortunately I'm not popular with the hardline clique because I don't stand for any bitchy nonsense

Good for you Keith.
As for me I just love the chat, its the silly old kind, yes quite clicky but never noticed anyone getting pushed aside that wanted to join in.
my only grouse is the speed of updates, new looks additional techy things. etc that the owners just don't seem inclined to embrace
That is what I find. It is bitchy most of the time. I did find one
guy on there that I talk to almost daily, but use SKYPE, That is
only my opinion and I can't get into Caffmos now on windows 10
so problem solved
I find that when there's a problem with the site you report it and never get a reply. You are left in the dark regarding what the solution is, customer service!!. Problems with the site seem to be increasing, maintenance seems hit and miss
